GetSwarms Ltd. aligns its ethical and labour practices with the principles of both the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code and the SA8000 Social Accountability Standard. We are committed to upholding fair, safe, and dignified working conditions across our operations and supply chain.
 

Our Commitments:

• Employment is Freely Chosen

  •   - We do not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.

  •   - All workers are free to leave with reasonable notice.

• Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

  •   - Employees have the right to join or form trade unions and engage in collective bargaining, as permitted by law.

• Safe and Hygienic Working Conditions

  •   - We comply with UK Health & Safety laws and conduct regular workplace risk assessments.

  •   - We provide and maintain clean, healthy, and safe working environments.

• No Child Labour

  •   - We do not employ individuals under the age of 16 and verify age documentation during recruitment.

• Living Wages Paid

  •   - All employees and contractors are paid at or above the UK Real Living Wage.

  •   - No unfair deductions or delayed payments are permitted.

• Reasonable Working Hours

  •   - We comply with Working Time Regulations and ensure that overtime is voluntary and fairly compensated.

• No Discrimination

  •   - We enforce an Equal Opportunities Policy and support inclusive employment practices.

• Regular Employment

  •   - We issue secure, written employment contracts with clearly defined terms and conditions.

• No Harsh or Inhumane Treatment

  •   - We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or intimidation in the workplace or supply chain.
