Each Swarm typically includes our own staff, associates, industry leaders, technology domain experts, SMEs and service providers from multiple locations. This provides us with a rich and diverse pool of experts whose knowledge span across industry, domain, technology and have high degree of experience in implementing typical solutions. Typical examples of our swarms are AI & ML Swarms, Cloud Migration Swarm, RPA in health swarm, UX Design Swarms, Automated Testing Swarms, Adobe Experience Cloud Swarms etc.

ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN
You must be a Service Company or an Individual working on cutting-edge innovation in the field of IT be it Oracle, SAP, Java, Microsoft, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, RPA, Marketing Clouds or Customer Experience.
Companies or Individuals who have the desired skills and certifications are welcome to join respective swarms upon initial screening - Joining is absolutely Free!

Register Your Account on Our Partner Portal and apply to join as Community Partner

Upon approval, you will be added as our Community partner. You will be added to some of our existing Client and Technical Swarms that match your skillset.

You sign the standard framework agreement to provide services on our platform

You get access to our Deal Desk for all future services opportunities.
You are now set to work your way up to our Platinum level for even bigger payouts.
How Do You Get New Business?
Our clients entrust us with large global transformation projects - we divide the work into multiple chunks and "Fan" it out on Deal Desk to partner companies. There will also be opportunities to carry out the discovery phase at client site with us. Check How the process works.

Is there any membership or joining fee to join Swarms?No. We believe in getting the right talent and expertise for our clients - one of the reason our clients love us! The quality of service companies and professionals will be appropriatey assessed and if suitable you'd be inducted into the Swarms.

Will you entertain joining requests after the deadline?No. We open a new phase only when our current capacity to support clients is exhausted and we need to induct more service companies and individuals to cater to workload - generally there is a gap of around 6 - 8 months between phases. If you miss this phase, keep checking our website for further information about Phase 5. we will set out the information in our website as and when opportunity arises in next year.

Is there flexibility in working remotely?It depends on the project - most projects use a combination of on-site and off-shore resources. There might be some projects that can only be conducted on-site however most offer flexible remote working during the week
