Modern Slavery Act

Get Swarms Limited
Last Revised date: 16 June 2025

Purpose of the statement

This statement is made by GetSwarms Ltd. in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable international laws. It outlines our commitment to upholding human rights and the steps we take to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our operations or supply chains.

Our Business

GetSwarms Ltd. is a UK-based digital services and software development company specializing in AI-driven enterprise platforms and cloud-native solutions. We are committed to ethical business conduct and sustainable development, guided by our core values: Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, and Impact.

Our Supply Chain

We have classified our suppliers into three major categories:

·People suppliers (contractors and freelance specialists)

·Service providers (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, logistics, facilities)

·Product suppliers (e.g., IT hardware, software licenses, office supplies)

We maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and expect full adherence to ethical, labour, and anti-slavery standards.

Policies and Processes

At GetSwarms Ltd., our Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our Compliance and Integrity Framework, outlining our core values, ethical standards, and responsibilities toward employees, clients, and stakeholders. The Code reflects our unwavering commitment to ethical business practices and is supported by additional policies, including our Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy, Human Rights Statement, and a comprehensive Whistleblower Protection Policy, which allows stakeholders to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

We also maintain a robust Supplier Code of Conduct, which clearly defines our expectations regarding labour rights, anti-slavery commitments, workplace equality, ethical dealings, and compliance with wage, benefits, and safety standards.

As part of our responsible supply chain programme, we implement the following measures:

  • All suppliers must review and sign our Supplier Code of Conduct as part of onboarding.

  • Our standard contracts include mandatory clauses requiring suppliers to comply with anti-slavery, human trafficking, and labour regulations in their jurisdictions.

  • We build strong, long-term relationships with trusted suppliers and clearly communicate our expectations for lawful and ethical conduct.

  • In high-risk or labour-intensive engagements, we conduct regular compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to wage laws and statutory entitlements.

  • Our internal grievance mechanisms and whistleblower channels are open to all workers across our operations and supply chain, with safeguards in place to protect anonymity and prevent reprisals.

Training

We provide mandatory training on modern slavery awareness for employees involved in supply chain and procurement activities. Suppliers are required to provide their workers with training on rights, fair labor practices, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

Risks of modern slavery practices

GetSwarms Ltd. operates in the digital services and consulting sector, where the inherent risk of modern slavery—including forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, and exploitative practices—is considered low. Nevertheless, we recognise our responsibility to remain vigilant and have implemented a robust due diligence framework to monitor and mitigate these risks across our supply chain.

Our approach includes integration of modern slavery risk assessments into our Supplier Code of Conduct, vendor onboarding procedures, and contractual frameworks. These processes are designed to identify, evaluate, and address any indicators of unethical labour practices throughout the lifecycle of our supplier relationships.

We acknowledge that modern slavery is a complex and evolving global challenge, and as such, we are committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our internal controls to meet our obligations under applicable modern slavery legislation.

To assess the effectiveness of our anti-slavery measures, we track the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Ongoing engagement with suppliers to reinforce and formalise adherence to the GetSwarms Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Regular communication and awareness efforts regarding workplace rights, particularly for offshore or contract personnel

  • Scheduled audits by our internal compliance team, with documented remediation where necessary

  • Review of grievances or concerns raised through our whistleblowing and grievance channels, followed by timely corrective action

We also maintain an ongoing programme of consultation and training for employees, managers, and stakeholders to build awareness of modern slavery risks and reinforce our commitment to ethical business conduct and human rights.
